Our Infrastructure
The Company has medium frequency melting furnaces of 500 Kgs. These are of world famous make.
Other facilities comprise Pneumatic simultaneous Jolt & Squeeze Moulding Machine, Mechanised Sand Plant, Cold Box Process for core making & other balancing equipment like Metallography, Image Analyser, full facility for hardness testing, through tie-up, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Spectrometer, tensile strength testing.
The existing capacity is 30000 MT of castings per year.

Company is spanned in total 20000 Square Meters area. Company is equiped with total 2000 KVA power supply. Company is having State-of-art machineries for foundry equipments, machine shop and latest measuring instruments for best results.
